LIFE IS ALL ABOUT YOU PUT INTO IT
MALE ENHANCEMENT SUPPLEMENTS ARE THE SAME
BY COLIN MAGNUSSON, LOS GATOS, CA
I’ve tried enough male supplements in my time to know what ingredients are going to work – and which ones are just garbage.
Friends ask for my advice all the time. First thing I tell them is to read the label. Carefully. Because no supplement is going to work without a certain few key ingredients, no matter who much the marketing tries to tell you otherwise.
That’s what sets a supplement like Male UltraCore apart from the rest. Because, let’s face it, about 95% of what’s out there is junk. Male UltraCore, on the other hand, has the formula and ingredients you need to get the results you want.
Let’s take a look at some of the main ingredients (and, by the way, all these are right there on the Male UltraCore label for everyone to see – this company isn’t hiding anything).
Before we deep dive into all the specifics of the specific ingredients, let me note that the Male UltraCore label breaks things down into three categories: STEM Free Testosterone Complex, VI-PEX ZMA Complex and VI-PEX Proprietary Blend. Let’s take those one by one.
STEM FREE TESTOSTERONE COMPLEX
First off, the STEM here isn’t the STEM you might have heard about from your kids or reading about trends in education. This STEM doesn’t stand for Science Technology Engineering and Math. No, this STEM is short for Sustained Testosterone Enhancement Method.
Fenugreek is the first ingredient listed. And it’s listed first for good reasons. Any male supplement is going to raise testosterone levels, of course, which is great. But boosting testosterone levels can have some serious issues. To get technical for a moment, there’s something called the 5-alpha reductase enzyme, which is responsible for converting testosterone into dihydrotestosterone. The problem there is that it can lead to potentially dangerously enlarged prostate and you don’t want that.
So, where does fenugreek come into this? Well, fenugreek effectively blocks the 5-alpha reductase enzyme. That means with Male UltraCore you’re going to be getting all the benefits of that increased testosterone, but you’re not going to have to worry about any of the associated risks. Again, read the label carefully. If the male supplement you’re interested in doesn’t have fenugreek, you may want to consider something that does, like Male UltraCore.
Next up on the ingredients list is something called long jack. This is one of those things that goes by many names: tongkat ali, pasak bumi, malaysian ginseng, among others. Regardless of what you call it (and Male UltraCore™ calls it “long jack,” so let’s stick with that), this ingredient comes from a flowering plant and has been used in Eastern medicines for centuries.
Why you’ll find long jack in so many supplements is that it offers real improvements in the three things you most want from a supplement: size, stamina and libido. When it comes to stamina, that’s where long jack really raises the bar, so to speak. That’s because it has PDE-5 inhibitor properties and those can help boost the hardness of your erection and help you last as long as you want to last. Even better, long jack has something called calcium ion inhibitors and those prevent the loss of your erection. After all, there’s nothing worse than finding yourself raring to go and then looking down and seeing a .22 when you were hoping for a Howitzer.
Next up comes KSM-66. This is, without a doubt, the most researched and studied ashwagandha that you can find. It’s proven to increase testosterone. Proven clinically. Trial after trial. This is not going to let you down in the bedroom. But its effects go way beyond just boosting testosterone. It also helps reduce stress, which every single guy on the face of the planet knows, can play a huge (pun intended) role in your ability to perform. So, while KSM-66 alone won’t eliminate performance anxiety or do away with any chance of premature ejaculation, just by reducing your stress levels, it’s going to help more things happen in the bedroom.
VI-PEX ZMA COMPLEX
OK, there’s a lot of acronyms going on here, so let’s put it in plain English.
The VI-PEX piece refers to Vasodilator Ingredients with Penile Expansion. And that works together with the STEM I talked about earlier to make sure Male UltraCore™ delivers what you want a supplement to deliver: a harder penis, more stamina, a boost in libido.
The ZMA part is basically zinc and magnesium aspartate. The first of those, zinc, is something your body needs to maintain the production of testosterone. The magnesium aspartate, meanwhile, has the ability to actually convert free cholesterol into testosterone. Combined, these two ingredients, the ZMA, work to boost your body’s ability to produce testosterone.
The last ingredient, Vitamin B6, probably doesn’t need much explaining. It does all sorts of great things to our bodies, and helps with your nervous system and your immune system.
VI-PEX PROPRIETARY BLEND
The last section of the ingredients label on your bottle of Male UltraCore is, as the name suggests, a blend of all of their own making. Let me highlight some of the key ingredients in this blend.
You’ve got L-arginine, which is an amino acid that acts as a precursor to nitric oxide, and nitric oxide gives your body what it needs to increase blood flow. And that means there’s an increased blood flow to your you-know-what.
Then there’s horny goat weed. You’ve probably heard of that. It’s a herb well known for its testosterone-boosting properties.
Next up you’ve got tongkat ali. I’ve already talked about that, if you remember; it’s also known as long jack.
The last one worth mentioning is maca root. This has been used for who knows how long in places like Peru to help increase fertility in livestock, you know llamas and alpacas, that kind of thing. But in modern supplements – human supplements – it works to reduce what’s called the refractory period. What’s that, you say? Well, you’ve just done the deed, your partner is ready to go again, but you have to wait to, you know, get things going again. The time between finishing Round 1 and starting Round 2, as it were, is called the refractory period and, needless to say, you want that to be as short as possible.
NOT ALL INGREDIENTS ARE CREATED EQUAL
Hopefully, this little breakdown of the ingredients in Male UltraCore has helped a little to make you more familiar with what you’re taking – and what you’re getting as a result. There’s one more thing to say, though – and, yes, I’ve saved the best for last.
Every ingredient has something called a standardized percentage and that is what tells you about the potency of each of those ingredients. Most supplements out there use extracts with a standardized percentage of 1%. Some of the better ones might go as high as 10%. Not Male UltraCore. Because many of its ingredients have extracts as high as 30%. Yes, you read that right. 30%.
That, my friends, is the kind of quality and potency you’re going to get from Male UltraCore™. And that, my friends, is why I wouldn’t trust anything else.
